All natural and try to do organic as much as possible. A blend of fresh nutritious fruits and veggies are what you need to get going and stay going. A blend of berries (Blackberry, Strawberry, Blueberry or Raspberry), a little spinach, banana, about 6oz. juice/water add more to your taste and texture. With a tablespoon of a nutritional supplement (Flax seed powder, Hemp protein powder, Spirulina etc...)
